Last March, FLORES SAGARO S.A. and sixteen other farms members of Asocolflores, received The Florverde® Certification by the SGS. This Certification is given to farms who fulfill with the strict social and enviromental measures.

The Business Anti-Smuggling Coalition (BASC) is a cooperation program between the private sector and national and international organizations, created to promote a secure global supply chain. A voluntary program, BASC seeks, promotes and supports the strengthening of supply chain security standards. The main goal is to encourage within its membership the development and implementation of voluntary steps to address the risks of narcotics and merchandise smuggling through legitimate trade, as well as the threat of a disruption in the global economy brought about by terrorism.
